Mikro continues to be interested in zoology and invertebrate anatomy. To further that curiosity, we ordered a sea star dissection kit from Carolina Biological Supply. For years I have still been toying with the idea of homeschooling. I'm from the NYC area so I was googling homeschooling in NY to find other blogs that I haven't read. I'm glad to have found this. Interesting info!
Hello, I was wondering how you ordered the sea star. The Carolina sight says they only ship to schools.
I'm not sure if they have changed their policy, but when we ordered, I used the name of our homeschool in the company/organization field on their form, and they shipped to us without a problem. Pretty sure Home Science Tools will ship to a residential address if Carolina Biological won't any more.
