Look who came to visit:
Our mantid egg casing apparently hatched this week. We saw several of these little guys:
The birds are bulking up for the nesting season. They empty our feeders at least once a day!
And I am side-eyeing this guy, who is likely to eat all my strawberries and squash like he (or his relatives) did last year...
I can hardly wait till we have fresh veggies to pick (assuming the critters leave some for us)! Mikro even agreed to try some. And today, he even ate a salad!
