We had a nice quiet family day at home. It started with a hunt for plastic eggs full of pocket change. Then we had a breakfast picnic outside. Mikro enjoyed his bizarre veinous looking eggs. He opened his Easter basket (a metal pail, actually), and afterwards, he and Kev settled into working on building and painting models. Kev is working on a Colonial Viper from Battlestar Galactica, and Mikro is working on the Roswell UFO and the aliens that come with it, including one humongous one. Kev is teaching him how to... I sat with them and painted in my sketchbook and took photos.
It was an amazingly gorgeous spring day.
