A Merry Mikro Christmas 2013
Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had as much fun today as Mikro did!
Unwrapping gifts from mom & dad: You know you are a homeschooler when books, science kits and Rosetta Stone get a bigger, happier reaction than DVDs and toys!
And then there's the special, most wanted present from Santa:
He also got tickets to see Stomp, as an early Christmas gift, and he got tickets to see the musical version of "A Christmas Story" at Madison Square Garden this week.
And this is what it looked like after the wrapping paper carnage was complete:

Winter Wonders
Mikro and I were curious to see if we could get some closeup shots of snowflakes. I'm amazed at what I was able to get with my little Canon IS 160 Point and Shoot!
