Sometimes Nature Study is Sad...

This poor little tufted titmouse apparently hit my parked car's window and died. Mikro and I both cried as we buried him in the garden, near the feeders. Of course, we are homeschoolers, so we didn't waste the opportunity to take a good closeup look at one of nature's beautiful creatures before putting him in the earth.
