Happy Mothers' Day

I hope all my mama friends had a lovely Mothers' Day. Mine was pretty nice. We went to a local park and took a walk along the shores of my beloved Hudson River. Mikro played with sticks and ran around on the beach, while Kev and I bird watched and wandered around holding hands. We had a picnic, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Kev bought me a bunch of plants for the garden, and even helped me get them in the ground. I have bleeding hearts, berry bushes and a bunch of veggies in. Mikro gave me some "found hearts", which I collect-- rocks and nut shells with a heart shape to them.
