Mondays are Chemistry & Art

At Chemistry, we learned about using basic lab equipment, like graduated cylinders, pipettes, beakers and flasks.



In art class, we looked at Alexander Calder's mobiles, and then the kids made a mobile from pipe cleaners and colorful straws.



Afterwards, they had a brief playtime (too loud for the library lobby, so cut short).



And Mikro got a New York Public Library card, too! Now we can take advantage of the educational smorgasbord! Lots & lots of books to read. Yay!!!
