Nature Nearby

Some of the cool things we have observed in our backyard and the neighborhood:

Mating sparrows. Bird eggs in one nest box (not sure if they are sparrow or house wren), hatchlings in another! (House wrens.)





Lots of insects:







Seed pods from Bedstraw, which are clingy like burrs:

Wild raspberries (Yum!):
