Blaze!

One of the highlights of autumn in this area is the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze at Historic Hudson Valley's Van Cortlandt Manor. Pure Halloween fun! We go every year, and there is always something new to enjoy, as well as old favorites to revisit.

The new feature this year was an ancient Egypt component: mummies and a pyramid of pumpkins! Please click on these to see them better (they look much brighter in the bigger view).

I love the sunflower field and the cornfield.

Mikro loves the dinosaurs, mammoth, snakes, and the dragon, of course!

Kevin likes the celtic knotwork, pirates (not posted, because they were pretty blurry photos, but you can check my archives for last year's shots), zombies and nature themed pumpkins.

Lots of fun for my little Pumpkin!
